Dog n Suds 2012
A Year in Preview
Dog n Suds 2012 Season Hopes and Dreams
Some businesses do a year in review or even a year end review…some auto companies spend a lot of time on just the rear view! However at Dog n Suds in Lafayette we spend a disproportionate amount of time looking forward. When you have been fortunate enough to have been in a community as long as we have, the focus tends to lean on staying power and how choices we make today effect our presence tomorrow.
Our goal has always been to provide convenient, consistent and quality food as quickly as possible. We turn the lights on everyday and fine tune our machine to provide this same experience to everyone we meet. Most days we do this very well, some days we fall short and those are the days we learn how to be better!
Looking forward into the coming season we will not lose focus on our service pledge. However we will focus on improving the following areas of our business to provide you, our customers with a top-notch experience every time!
- We will continue to embrace Social Media as a means of transparency and a tool to connect to our customer base on a more intimate level.
- We will focus on maintaining tighter portion controls to provide you will a consistent experience and keep waste to a minimum.
- We will establish and enforce better training practices, empowering each of our team members to provide you with the best meal possible each time you visit.
- We will look for more ways to connect with the community around us, giving back where we can and promoting like minded partners.
- We will not take you, the customer, for granted. Capitalism is about voting with your wallet.
- We will take all necessary measures to maintain low food costs and reasonable prices.
- We will take care of our employees, so they will take care of you.
- We will do all of these things because we care, about you!
At Dog n Suds in Lafayette, we look forward to serving up Warm and Delicious Coney Dogs and Frosty Root Beer! However, we know that it is about more than just a good meal, it’s about being a good neighbor! Thank you Greater Lafayette for your continued support and patronage over the years, we look forward to serving you for years to come by making the right choices in the here and now!
